A certified freshwater sailor for nearly 15 years, sailing in France and around the world, he created “Tutur Aventures” several years ago, a small structure where he works alone to stay close to his customers.
Equipped with European CE-certified gear, he will take you to discover the Verdon Gorge and its surroundings.
To best meet your expectations and desires, bookings are made exclusively by phone with Arthur, who will also be your guide for the descent.
What is rafting?
All aboard the same boat, accompanied by Arthur, your captain, you will navigate the tumultuous and turquoise waters of the Verdon!
The team will consist of a maximum of 8 people plus the guide to steer the boat, give instructions, and ensure everyone’s safety. Several routes will introduce the Verdon river to younger adventurers, while larger rapids await the brave!

Whether you’re a young athlete or a small family with children, rafting is for you! Together, we’ll choose the route that suits you best: a leisurely discovery of the activity on the water for some, a challenging descent for others; there’s something for everyone.
For all our activities, you must be able to swim at least 25 meters and be able to fully submerge yourself.
These activities depend on water releases from an EDF dam and are therefore not available every day.

A lover of water sports and mountains since his early childhood, Arthur, known as Tutur, discovered river kayaking at the age of 20. This marked the beginning of a passion to which he would dedicate most of his time for many years.
This passion led him on journeys and expeditions, from the Portuguese rios to the Moroccan oueds, from the Himalayas to the Andes mountain range.
After working as a river guide for many companies, he decided to settle in the Verdon Canyon about ten years ago and create his own business: Tutur Aventures!
